We are currently seeking a full-time permanent year-round employee. The individual must have a clean driver's license and be able to pass a drug test. Must be able to operate stick shift transmission smoothly. Benefits to include, but are not limited to paid vacation days, paid sick days and health insurance. Selling your house? Lose your oil tank abandonment certificate? Need a certification letter? How about that your land is not contaminated with oil?
Using a hand auger, our technicians collect a sample of soil up to 10 feet below ground and can screen the soil using a Photoionization Detector (PID), which is a gas detector used to measures volatile organic compounds (VOCs), such as benzene, and other gases. Windmill will then provide to you a letter stating that your oil tank was found to be properly abandoned by others (which is just as sufficient as a certificate of abandonment when your in a crunch to sell your home!) or a letter stating that after evaluation your land is clean and your oil tank is not or has never leaked!
