We are Wyoming’s foremost distributor for some of America’s most beloved beer, heavily-decorated craft brews, and new age beverages. Sargent, Teton’s original product lines included distribution from the Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company. Originally four counties were represented: Park, Washakie, Big Horn and Hot Springs. Currently we are adding an 8000 square foot addition to our Worland facility
that will position us to build on our business model going forward. Later Fremont County was acquired and sales and service were extended to Riverton, Lander, and the surrounding smaller communities in Fremont County. In 2007 a 16,000 square addition to our facility in Riverton included a 6500 square foot beer cooler. During the 60’s and 70’s, additional products and brands were acquired and Teton’s sale volumes expanded. We were able to purchase the distribution rights for Coors Brewing Company in 2000 in the Fremont County area and acquired the rights to Coors for the Big Horn Basin in Worland in April of 2008. With this latest acquisition, Teton now is the largest MillerCoors wholesaler in the state of Wyoming. In the spring of 1989, Teton had the opportunity to purchase distribution assets in Southeastern Wyoming. We expanded and began a relationship with the Stroh Brewing Company, with warehouses located in Cheyenne and Laramie. We are well positioned to service the needs of our customers in Southeast Wyoming. We consolidated our two warehouses into the Cheyenne sales center in March of 2008, with a pre-sales team living and working in Laramie. We were able to purchase a 70,000 square foot facility with soft drink and malt beverage shared synergies. In June of 1990 Teton negotiated and purchased the distribution rights of Yellowstone Wholesale in Southwestern Wyoming. Distribution included the cities of Rock Springs, Green River, Evanston, and Pinedale, Wyoming; and all smaller towns within these areas. This purchase was followed by the acquisition of Carbon County and the areas covered by Rawlins, Saratoga and all the communities in the surrounding areas. Both warehouses in Rock Springs and Rawlins include brands distributed by MillerCoors, Crown, New Belgium, Boston Beer, and Pabst Brewing among other suppliers. A new 17,000 square foot addition was built in 2002 which gives us a total of 35,000 square feet at this location. In March of 2010 we acquired the rights to distribute brands from Sierra Nevada, Odell Brewing Company, and Deschutes and now represent 12 of the top 15 craft and specialty brands in this market area. In 1994, we began distributing products in the Casper, Wyoming market with brands supplied by the Boston Beer Company, Pete’s Brewing Company and Bacardi to name a few. Our focus in Casper, Douglas and the surrounding communities remains with the craft, specialty and above-premium beers, which gives us a direct focus unlike any other distributor in the Casper market. Today we sell products from New Belgium Brewing Company, Diageo/Guinness, Scottish & Newcastle, Boston Beer Company among others. shared facility with expanded beer capabilities to better serve this market for soft drinks and malt beverages. In March of 2016 we announced the purchase of the Miller Brewing Company wholesaler in the Casper market. This added Miller brands, Pabst Brewing Co, Red Bull North America, Snapple and RC Cola to our portfolio. We purchased the rights to distribute Coors and Miller products in the Jackson Hole, Yellowstone and Teton Park areas or Northwestern Wyoming in March of 1996. We operate this business under the name of Jackson Hole Distributing. As our companies continued to grow, we also acquired M&M Distributors in Salt Lake City, Utah, with products from the Coors Brewing Company, purchased through our Parent Company, Admiral Beverage Corporation, headquartered in Worland, Wyoming. In 2005, we expanded our business in the Northeast portion of the state and now sell products from Diageo Guinness, Scottish & Newcastle, Shiner, Grand Teton Brewing Company among others based out of our Gillette facility shared with our Pepsi sales center. Teton Distributors has the rights to distribute products statewide for Diageo/Guinness, Scottish & Newcastle, Grand Teton Brewing Company, Merchant du Vin, Gambrinus Brewing Company, and Rogue Brewing, along with smaller regional brands, Madison River (MT), Prairie Fire Brewing (Gillette). With the recent surge in the craft and local beer atmosphere we have added many craft and specialty brands including Oskar Blues, Avery Brewing Company, Uplsope Brewing Company, Epic Brewing, Lagunitas as well as local favorites Ten Sleep Brewing, Lander Brewing, Coal Creek Tap among others. Most recently in March of 2016 we became the exclusive distributor partner for Ballast Point Brewing. We have also added a Craft and New Products Brand Manager Position to help facilitate the growth and distribution of these beers.
