Important Service Update for on Demand Riders

Starting October 12, 2026, same-day trip bookings are no longer available directly through the Rides on Demand mobile app.
If you need a ride for same-day, please call our dispatch team directly to check for availability.

Planning ahead?
You can still use the Rides on Demand app to schedule trips in advance at least 24 hours ahead. This change only applies to same-day requests, allowing our dispatchers to coordinate vehicles and handle real-time schedules as efficiently as possible.

🗳️ Need a ride to the polls? WayGo has you covered! 🚐💨
From Monday, October 26 through Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, WayGo (Wooster-Wayne Community Transit) is offering ONE FREE ROUND TRIP on our Demand Response Service!
Early voting is open at the Wayne County Board of Elections (200 Vanover St.), and we want to ensure transportation isn't an obstacle to making your voice heard.
Where can you ride?
Early Voting: Head to the Wayne County Board of Elections at 200 Vanover St.
Election Day Voting: Travel to your local polling site on Tuesday, November 3.
Any Destination: Take care of errands, appointments, or shopping anywhere within our service area (Wooster city limits + 1-mile radius)!
Program Details:
Eligible Riders: Open to all new and existing riders.
Service Area: Anywhere within Wooster city limits + 1-mile radius.
Service Hours: Monday–Friday (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Limit: Includes two one-way trips (one round trip) per account during regular operating hours.

🎨 Explore Wooster’s Arts Crawl on August 29th! 🎨
Join us for the Arts Crawl to explore Wooster's vibrant creative community, local galleries, and community spaces! To help you get around, WayGo is offering free, hop-on/hop-off Community Shuttle service along the route throughout the event.
The Community Shuttle is free and open to everyone, making it easy to ride between participating locations or explore on foot.

🎉 Celebrating One Year of WayGo! 🎉
August 4th marks one incredible year of WayGo, and what a journey it has been!
Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of serving our community, building meaningful connections, and helping people get where they need to go safely and reliably. None of this would have been possible without our amazing team, dedicated leadership, and the passengers who trust us every day.
Thank you to every driver, dispatcher, office staff member, and supporter who has played a part in making this first year such a success. Your hard work, teamwork, and commitment truly make a difference.
