We know Caprese Salad is usually made with cherry tomatoes, but we decided to think outside the box on this recipe and boy are we glad we did! 🍒

The tartness of the cherries is perfect for the soft cheese and sweetness of basil and mint. Add some pecans and dressing and voila - a scrumptious and refreshing summer salad! 🍴
