✔ This is not a guaranteed weekend home schedule. Your 34-hour reset may fall on weekdays or weekends based on freight and routing.

📋 Account Requirements & Options
Required
Weekly administration fee: $175
Covers registration fees, back-office support, permits, 2290, IFTA, and tablet rental
Occupational insurance: $37.50/week (provided at cost)
Cargo liability deposit: $2,500
Paid as $100/week for 25 weeks
Optional (Highly Recommended)
Driver Legal Plan: $2.98/week
Operational Escrow Account
Optional “savings” account to help maintain consistent pay during time off
Maintenance Account
If enrolled, APL Cargo pays for repairs and deducts costs from your account
If not enrolled, repair costs paid by APL will be charged back within the pay period
