If you’re a legitimate motor carrier with legal status in the US and received a FreightGuard report solely because a broker acted unreasonably or in bad faith, you may have grounds to pursue legal action against both the broker and Carrier411 for unfair or fraudulent reporting practices. Courts have ruled in favor of carriers in similar cases.
Always retain all supporting documentation — rate confirmations, emails, texts, PODs, screenshots, and call recordings — as evidence.
