One of our individuals recently had the exciting opportunity to attend a car race, where he was able to watch the action on the track and meet some amazing people. 🚒 Community, Safety & Connection ❤️

At TLC Comfort Care, we believe learning and community engagement are so important. Today, we had the wonderful opportunity to visit the local fire station to learn more about fire safety, emergency preparedness, and the incredible work our firefighters do each day to keep everyone safe.

Our individuals enjoyed touring the station, asking questions, and interacting with the firefighters. The experience was not only educational, but also filled with laughter, great communication, and meaningful connections. Seeing everyone engaged and enjoying the visit made the day even more special.

A big thank you to the amazing firefighters for welcoming us and taking the time to educate and encourage our individuals. We truly appreciate your dedication, kindness, and service to the community! 🚑🔥

From fun outings to Dairy Queen 🍦 and Chick-fil-A 🐄, to volunteering in the community and building confidence through everyday experiences, our Companion Staff, Personal Support Staff, and Respite Staff continue to go above and beyond each and every day.

One special moment that truly showed the heart of our team was when staff took the extra time to help our individual get her hair beautifully braided — making sure she felt confident, cared for, and celebrated. 💇🏾‍♀️✨

TLC Comfort Care Adult Day Training Facility brought the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day to life with an unforgettable celebration filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful connection. Our St. Patrick’s Day party wasn’t just about wearing green and enjoying festive treats—it was a reflection of who we are and what we believe in.

At TLC Comfort Care, we strive to empower our individuals by teaching independence, building confidence, and encouraging personal growth. But just as importantly, we believe that learning should always be paired with fun, creativity, and community—and this celebration was the perfect example of that balance.

The room was filled with vibrant decorations, cheerful music, and smiling faces as everyone came together to celebrate. Our individuals participated in themed activities, games, and social interactions that not only brought excitement but also supported important life and social skills. From dancing and laughter to shared moments of pride and accomplishment, every part of the day highlighted the incredible spirit of our group.
