🎉June Built on Safety Recognition🎉
Congratulations to Jonathan for maintaining 1st place on our Safety Roster with a perfect 100 safety score!💯

He continues to perform at a high level, logs a significant number of hours with zero safety events, and is always ready to lend a hand to his team when needed.

Congratulations to Loulou, our honorary May safety recipient!

She was nominated by Jan, our Logistics Safety Foreman, for her outstanding commitment to safety and consistency behind the wheel. She currently holds a perfect safety score and has logged the highest miles driven without a single infraction.

That kind of record takes focus, accountability, and a true commitment to doing things the right way every day.

✨Women in Construction Week Spotlight✨

Shoutout to LouChina, who's been with us for four years driving her Peterbilt like a pro! She's consistently recognized for passing DOT inspections, keeping a clean cab, and following safety protocols every mile of the way.

In site work, dump truck drivers play a critical role in keeping projects moving. LouChina helps transport aggregates like dirt, sand, and rock to and from our job sites. These materials are essential for grading, building pads, road bases, and total site development. When the trucks roll, the project rolls.🚛

We're gearing up to celebrate Women in Construction Week, taking place March 1st through the 7th! This week is all about recognizing the hardworking, talented, and driven women who help build our communities every single day.

A special shoutout to LouChina and Ruth, two absolutely amazing drivers who represent skill, safety, and strength behind the wheel. We are so proud of the work they do and can't wait to celebrate them next week!

A big thank you to the wonderful class at Winter Haven Christian School for inviting us out today! The letter of the day was D, and what better way to celebrate than with a dump truck on site?

We had an amazing time teaching the students about what we do and showing them a close up look at one of our trucks. We love being part of moments like these in our community!
