Five Years of DC Disposal!
If you had told us five years ago—when we were starting out with just one single customer and a dump trailer—that we would grow to a fleet of over 15 trucks with massive, constantly expanding routes, we might have called you crazy!
It definitely hasn’t been easy. We had people back then—and honestly, still have people today—who didn't believe in us or think we’d make it. But every doubt just fueled our fire. It’s been a road full of uphill battles, working holidays, long weekends, and crazy long days that felt like they’d never end. Standing here today, looking back at how far we've come, we are extremely grateful for every challenge and everyone who backed us.
A milestone like this doesn't happen because of one person. It happens because of a community.
First and foremost, we want to say a massive THANK YOU to our team and family. To every single person who steps up every day, works through the heat, cold, and early mornings, and keeps this operation moving—you are the heartbeat of DC Disposal.
Special thanks to Douglas Jr, Roy, Ryan, James Chastain, James Grant, Chris, Tyler, Blaise, Brendan, Melissa, Tammie, and Tasha. Your hard work, dedication, and support mean the world to us.
This, of course, includes the relentless work of Doug Chastain, our fearless leader. Doug does it all 24/7—from deliveries and running routes to setting up schedules and calling customers. He plays a massive role in making this company what it is. To the amazing people who work here now, and those who have worked with us along the way, we are deeply grateful for everything you do.
To our incredible customers: thank you for trusting us with your service. We’ve met some of the absolute best people through this business, and serving you has been our highest honor. So many of you have seen the behind-the-scenes effort, and your appreciation never goes unnoticed.
And to our community—everyone in and around our area who has supported us, shared a post, recommended us to a neighbor, or the kids who wave as our trucks pass by—thank you. We are truly blessed to have your support.
