Due to an unforeseen incident at the Memphis hub, they are unable to work at full capacity until further notice. We are being told by a trusted source to expect heavy delays because of this, similar to Christmas, if not worse.

We are asking that if you must ship, ONLY ship on Monday or Tuesday, and plan for a 2-3 day delay. Even if your package is not being routed through Memphis, there will be delays, as the other sort facilities will have to pick up slack. Also, please understand that if you do ship, and there is a delay, we will not be able to do much of anything to move it along, so package accordingly.

*All packages that are currently delayed from last week are being worked on to the best of our ability, and will be delivered as soon as possible.*

All live arrival and on time arrival guarantees will be turned off until further notice.

Because of the recent UPS plane crash, the FAA has grounded all MD11 planes until they can all be inspected and cleared. This has GREATLY affected FedEx and their ability to transport packages.

After monitoring this week, these markets are experiencing the worst delays (3 to 4 day delays) and should be avoided until further notice:

Ontario/CA
Seattle/WA
Miami/FL
(These are the RAMPS, so any package going to a destination that is serviced through these locations will be affected. It is NOT just packages that have Miami, Seattle, and Ontario as the destination.)

Alaska
Arizona
Missouri
Texas

Avoid these states COMPLETELY.

If you choose to ship, your package WILL be delayed and there is NOTHING that can be done, so please, DO NOT SHIP!

There will be very little that can be done in the event of a delay. Please consider the safety of the animals and wait!

Bringing in some amazing carpet pythons from StarPythons Next week! Need one in your life? Reach out to them this week so it can be added to the shipment! We will be working with USFW and customs to ensure a smooth trip into the US and then we will be packing and shipping all the animals to you!
