EAA Chapter 1047 is one of over 1000 chapters worldwide that meet monthly to enjoy the camaraderie of a group of people that share their enthusiasm for aviation. The general program begins at 10 am with a short business meeting, followed by a speaker, then lunch...out by noon....

Big Boys Truck Stop was the location for our annual Holiday get together tonight. Festive Holiday decor greeted us at the entrance. Besides a delicious dinner and desserts shared with friends and colleagues, Chapter President Donnie Boyette also presented our Chapter Service Awards to our Board members - Chapter MVP for 2025 was awarded to our newsletter editor, Bob Crowder.
