A teacher from Brattleboro writes: "My 6th grade class rode the Moover multiple times this year from our school to downtown for field trips. I just wanted to say thank you to the bus drivers and residents that were so kind to my students every time! We would not have been able to go on any of these field trips without the Moover. We were able to visit the art museum, radio station, TV station, town hall, library, and multiple businesses downtown because the Moover exists. My students got to be immersed in our local, vibrant community and make connections between our curriculum and our town. Please pass on my thanks, especially to the 10:21 West Bratt fire station red line driver - he encountered us a lot and was awesome every time!"
Thank you Sara, and thanks for riding with us!

Congratulations to Heather Wheeler of Windsor and Casey Jones of Springfield who were our Grand Prize Winners in the MicroMOO May promotion. They received a $250 gift card for their local supermarkets. Casey said "I live up the side of a mountain 2 miles away from my job and shopping district. Without the MOOver, I'd only be working a few days a week to accommodate my walk and pain." Thanks to Mt. Ascutney Hospital, the Mt. Ascutney Regional Commission, and the Springfield Regional Development Corp for their support of this program.

Our newest used bus will go into service soon. It's a 4-seat 4-wheelchair bus with dark brown spots. It will serve our demand response clients all over Vermont and NH. Its twin will arrive next week and should be put into service in early June. SEVT was recently granted funding for 3 small and 6 large used buses which will arrive throughout the summer and fall. We have retired 18 buses in the past year as we continue to upgrade our 63-vehicle fleet.

05/19/2026

Effective Wednesday 5/20, due to construction, the Wilmington to West Dover route will not service OSCC, Library or South Main Street stops Northbound.
Southbound the bus will service OSCC and the library. The bus will turn around at OSCC, service the stop at South Main St and turn east onto Rt 9 at the traffic light. Any riders going northbound in the center of town need to get on the bus southbound.
Please watch here for updates. Thank you for your patience.
