DART will offer bus service in New Castle County on Routes 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 13, 15, 33, 40, 64, and Route 305 Beach Connection, operating on a Sunday schedule. Paratransit service will operate complimentary ADA-only service. All other fixed-route and paratransit services will not operate.

We're excited to share an update based on feedback from our members!

Effective immediately, DECS has updated the eligibility restriction for our gift card drawings. Previously, members who won a drawing were ineligible to win again for a longer period. Under the new rule, members are only restricted from winning if they have won a drawing within the past 35 days.

What does this mean for you?
- More opportunities to participate in our gift card drawings
- Members can begin entering drawings again after the 35-day period has passed.

This change has been applied to all current and future drawings.

We appreciate the feedback we have received and are happy to make this adjustment to provide more opportunities for members to earn rewards through the DECS program.
