📢 AIRSHOW REFUND INFORMATION 📢 We have sent an email to all ticket holders with information regarding refunds for the cancelled 2026 Williston Basin Airshow.

Refunds will be processed on a request-only basis and must be submitted directly through our official ticketing provider, EventSprout. ⏰ Refund requests must be submitted by August 31, 2026. Requests received after the deadline will not be refunded.

Please note: We are unable to offer vouchers or credits toward a future airshow. Any ticket funds that are not refunded will be used to help cover expenses and obligations from the 2026 Williston Basin Airshow only.

⏩ Looking Ahead

We have also been listening, learning, and planning for the future. While we can never control the weather or guarantee that unforeseen circumstances won't happen, we are already working to strengthen our contingency plans for future airshows. We've begun discussions with community partners about additional transportation backup options and are exploring further logistical contingency plans so that we have more alternatives available if circumstances like this occur again. We are committed to doing everything within our control to be better prepared moving forward.

📢 TICKET UPDATE: We know many of you are waiting for information regarding tickets purchased for the cancelled 2026 Williston Basin Airshow, and we appreciate your patience.

Our team is currently working through the financial details of the cancellation to determine the best way to handle ticket refunds. We are actively working toward a resolution and need a little more time before we can provide a final answer.

There are some excellent people in our community making the very best of a tough situation. If you were planning to attend the airshow, please consider heading over to the high school to patronize the food trucks that are missing out on today's event!

Thanks to everyone who put this together so fast. We never cease to be amazed by Williston's ability to come together in hard times.

‼️ We are heartbroken to announce that the 2026 Williston Basin Airshow has been cancelled.

Following record rainfall on August 14, our grass parking areas have become unusable. We worked throughout the evening to develop an alternative parking and transportation plan, including moving parking to the fairgrounds or other areas nearby. Unfortunately, after carefully evaluating the logistics, we determined that the transportation capacity would result in unacceptable wait times for thousands of guests with only three running busses, particularly at the conclusion of the show.

We simply cannot ask our guests to spend hours waiting for transportation after an event they came to enjoy, and we cannot responsibly put our attendees, volunteers, staff, or performers in that situation.

This decision was incredibly difficult, and we are devastated to make it. We know how many people have been looking forward to event, and we know how much work our community, sponsors, volunteers, performers, and our entire team have put into making this event happen. We are truly sorry.

Information regarding ticket refunds will be shared as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding, your support, and for believing we did all we could do to before making this extremely difficult decision.
