The City of Williamsport's Parks and Recreation Department is asking for the community’s input regarding its plans to bolster the city’s recreational opportunities.

Department officials are holding this forum on Thursday, March 6, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Trade and Transit Center II. The address is 100 W. Third St. in Williamsport.

This is a great opportunity for residents to have a say in what their recreation needs and expectations are.

Rehab Supplies Needed: This recent heat has shown us our supply of drinks for emergency responders is running short. If you would like to help us out by donating bottled water or Gatorade we would be happy to accept it at our station at 440 Walnut St. in Williamsport. All supplies we receive we share with our brothers and sister responders in the area to ensure all of us stay hydrated as the summer heat comes on.
