SERVICE ALERT: Thank you for choosing to ride WATA on America’s 250th Birthday!

We are proud to provide extended service until midnight to help residents and visitors travel to and from Independence Day festivities throughout the Greater Williamsburg area.

Due to large crowds and road closures, riders should expect significant delays for the routes making a transfer at the Williamsburg Transportation Center (Routes 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 12, and 15) starting at 5:00 PM.

Route 15 will operate from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM. The 8:00 PM trip will be the last opportunity guests can return to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor’s Center before service is temporarily suspended.

Due to road closures through Colonial Williamsburg, Route 15 will not operate from 8:30 PM until the roads reopen, roughly 11:00 PM.

SERVICE ALERT: Due to the Williamsburg Live festivities, Route 15 won't serve Stop 9006 - Art Museum at its direct stop location. Instead, a temporary bus stop will be at the corner of W Court St. and S Henry St. This location change will be in place from today, June 25, until Sunday, June 28.
