Grand Canyon South Rim 04-22-2021 - The National Park in their infinite wisdom still have the "Blue Line" shuttle service in the Canyon closed. Also, the "Purple Line" going into Tusayan remains closed as well. With all that the "Red Line" and "Orange Line" are open which to us makes no sense as the "Blue Line" is the most important bus line to Visitors.

Due to recent problems with Verizon Wireless towers in our area we are unable to accept calls at this time. We can however text without any problem and can answer service questions 24 hours a day via text message. Quotes / Bookings are faster by texting the word "Quote" for U.S. Customers to 928-213-1010 (Text Only Number), International quotes and bookings can only be made through WhatsApp by searching Williams Taxi and Shuttle and texting only the word "Quote". Instant quotes can be found online at http://williamstaxi.com, or by calling 928-635-1111. Our booking system tracks all available vehicles and all pricing in real time and updates every 30 minutes.

At this time, all transportation must be booked through our online Booking and Quote page at http://williamstaxi.com

Our system is automatically updated throughout the day with current time of day pricing and the waiting time of the next available vehicle.

Passengers can expect wait times from 15 minutes and 72 hours depending on the number of reservation already booked.

All passengers in need of a Call Only booking must leave a voice mail message or text 928-635-1111 - please also text if you need a location that is not already in our drop down menu.

All drivers check messages after they have dropped off and can safely do so, 24 hours a day. If you do not receive a response within 10 minutes of leaving a voicemail or text, we are not able to reply right away.

We appreciate your understanding, we needed to implement these changes for the safety and convenience to our customers and drivers.
