Parking is free in the short-term lot for the first 60 minutes. Please give a shout-out to Butch Dettwiler, who volunteers at our Information Desk on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Butch is one of those guys who loves helping people. He keeps an eye on the ticketing wing watching for those who might need a wheelchair, and rushes to get one for them. Or if he sees passengers struggling with luggage, he's there to help. During the time when our WiFi in the terminal was down, an international passenger arrived and was not able to use her cell phone, so he walked her to the DoubleTree where she could access their WiFi. He keeps an eye on the arrivals and assist people with their baggage issues. There are countless acts of kindness that this post cannot contain. Thank you for taking care of our passengers. You definitely are a Raving Fan Hero!

We are waiting for details about the terrible crash in DC and will provide updates as information becomes available. We have activated our Incident Family Support Team in the terminal media room where family members can receive support and wait for information of their loved ones.
