🚤 Big Improvements at Lake Jordan Boat Rentals for the Upcoming Season!
A lot has changed since the close of last lake season, and every improvement has been made with one goal in mind — making Lake Jordan Boat Rentals better, easier, and more enjoyable for everyone who rents with us and spends their day on the water.
Over the off-season we’ve been working behind the scenes to improve nearly every part of the experience, from booking your reservation to returning your rental at the end of the day.
Here are some of the upgrades we’re excited to introduce:
🔧 New On-Site Refueling System
Last season, customers were responsible for refueling their rental before returning it. We’ve now installed our own refueling system, which simplifies the return process and makes things quicker and more convenient.
📊 Advanced Pricing & Revenue Tracking System
We’ve built a custom revenue tracking system designed specifically for our business. This helps us keep prices fair, competitive, and sustainable so that renting a boat remains accessible while allowing the business to continue serving customers for years to come.
📱 New Digital Pre-Use Inspection Process
All rentals will now go through a fully digital inspection process on an iPad before leaving the dock. This allows customers to clearly review and confirm the condition of the unit beforehand so they can enjoy their day on the water worry-free and know they will never be held responsible for any pre-existing damage.
📍 GPS Tracking on Every Unit
All boats and jet skis are now equipped with GPS tracking. This improves security for our equipment and also allows units to be located quickly in the unlikely event of an emergency. These systems can also assist first responders if needed.
🦺 Improved Safety Equipment Setup
We’ve always provided all required safety equipment along with complimentary medical kits. This season we’ve improved how those items are organized so they are easier to locate and access if ever needed.
📅 Custom Booking & Scheduling System
Last season involved a lot of trial and error as we used a generic planner to manage bookings. Over the off-season we developed our own proprietary booking planner that allows us to coordinate reservations, pickups, and returns much more efficiently. The result is smoother scheduling and an overall better experience for our customers.
🚤 Freedom to Enjoy the Water Your Way
While we proudly operate as Lake Jordan Boat Rentals, customers are welcome to enjoy their rental on any local inland body of water, not just Lake Jordan. Our goal is to make it easy for you to spend a great day on the water wherever you choose to launch.
👩💼 And Finally… Our New “Premium Secretary”
Lake Jordan Boat Rentals has officially added a top-notch, state-of-the-art, premium secretary to the team. She helps keep everything organized, ensures smooth communication, and provides a friendly voice for any questions or concerns. She’s also not afraid to keep things respectful — so drama and trolling probably won’t last very long around here. 😄
We’ll be officially introducing her in the coming weeks.
⚙️ Final Touches Still in Progress
Some of these upgrades are currently in their final stages of implementation. If you book very early in the season, you may not notice every new feature immediately — but everything will be fully rolling out soon.
