Hey siri, what is the definition of ambition?

That’s always a word that sticks out to me. In today’s time, if you want it you’ve gotta go get it!

Here we are on a Tuesday night at 10:45pm, getting one pump replaced and a wear ring in the other. Im doing all I can to get everyone up and going for the fourth!

With that being said, as always I’m available if you break down this weekend, don’t be afraid to give me a call, it’s what I’m here for!

Who wants a broken ski while on vacation ? I know I don’t!!

Took a call this morning for some customers up here for vacation, and unfortunately when they got up here one of the skis wasn’t happy.

After some diagnosis , and putting the touch on it, ski was back running how it was supposed to!

Jetski saved, family vacation saved!

What an evening this has been. Pretty cool job if you ask me.

Received a call about some exhaust ports leaking on a master craft. Upon arrival I noticed that the exhaust drain/winterization ports were all chewed up from years of use. If you are familiar with a master craft, you know they use these weird plugs that serve you just stick a 3/8ths ratchet to take off. Customer said “hey what do you think you can do to change that?”

Went to the drawing board , came up with a little idea and ran with it. So now , we’ve re tapped the exhaust manifolds, and made custom drain ports to make winterization from now on a breeze!

Beyond thankful for every single one of you guys that support me!

New gimbal bearings, bellows, shift cables, and impellers on this twin engine beast.

I’m beyond blessed for the continuous work. You guys are truly awesome . Keep bringing them and I’ll keep sending them out!!

Little Saturday morning emergency call, had a customer call saying they’re only here for a week and their ski broke on the first day (that’s my kind of luck) 🙁

But no problem, I went over, met them at the ramp and pulled the wear ring, got a new one and now this family gonna be set to enjoy the rest of their vacation!

Monday evening knockout.

Customer was having issues after getting the boat reupholstered of the gas gauge not working, and the radio cutting out.

(Gauges happen not to work if you don’t hook them back up by the way😉)

And the radio just had a burned up 12V switched power wire.

Very simple fixes , and a very pleased customer.

Little afternoon service for some always great customers.

Beyond grateful for all of you guys. Im absolutely slammed and my phones ringing off the hoo. We’re setting up for a great season!

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is when you gain a customer , you build a relationship. Never quit digging and always do your best.
