A great couple of days with a trusted partner! 🤝

This week, we had the pleasure of hosting one of our valued partners at our facilities to connect, collaborate, and strengthen a relationship we truly value. We toured our warehouses and packaging lines, giving them a firsthand look at our operations and how we work every day to support their needs.

To cap it off, we spent some time team building at Topgolf. 🏌️It's always a pleasure to invest in the relationships behind a partnership, and we're grateful for the opportunity to keep growing alongside the people we work with.

On September 11, 2001, our country faced one of its darkest days. 25 years later, we still carry the memory of those we lost, the brave souls who gave everything, and the strength that brought communities together in the aftermath. We remember the firefighters, police officers, and everyday heroes whose bravery and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Today, the Amware family joins the nation in honoring their memory. We will never forget. ❤️

The GO Award honors the legacy of Geoff Overholser, our former Vice President of Operations, who passed away. Geoff embodied our core values, D.R.I.V.E., and took complete ownership of everything he did, treating the company as if it were his own. Each year, this award recognizes an employee who reflects that same work ethic, accountability, and commitment to our values.

This year, two people stood out.

Mark has stepped into a leadership role with consistency and care, taking on more responsibility, training new team members, and earning constant praise from our customers.

Tanya has expanded her role far beyond her title through sheer initiative, becoming a driving force behind our revenue cycle while investing in her own growth along the way.

Congratulations to you both. You represent the very best of Amware, and Geoff's legacy lives on through you!

Intern Spotlight: Ethan Kreinbrink 🌟

This summer, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ethan to our team as a Supply Chain & Operations Intern!

And Ethan didn't just observe, he made an impact. He helped improve inventory accuracy across the warehouse, worked alongside our sales team to chase down new leads, toured customer facilities to gain operational insight, assisted in onboarding a brand new warehouse customer, and got hands-on with our kitting and picking operations.

Thank you for all your hard work this summer, Ethan! We have no doubt you have a bright future ahead, and we are so glad you spent part of your journey with us.
