We have heard the rumors that UPS and FedEx are no longer delivering to our area because of the fire. We want to assure everyone that this is not true.

UPS and FedEx are continuing their regular pickups and deliveries at Bear Pak N' Ship every day. If anything changes or there is an interruption in service, we will let our customers know as soon as possible.

At this time, the only delivery interruptions we are aware of are for addresses located in the areas along Highway 96 that are currently closed due to the fire.

If you have been evacuated and are expecting a package from UPS or FedEx, we are happy to help. We can accept your package on your behalf, and if you have DAC evacuation paperwork, we will waive our normal $5.00 package pickup fee.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the fire. Please stay safe, and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your shipments.

Due to that much needed heavy snow we are receiving, we will be closed this morning. We will continue to monitor the weather and the road conditions to see if we can open later today at noon. We will keep you updated, everyone drive safely if you have to travel.

While Susan is out of the office, we will be operating with limited services for a short time. Notary services will only be available on certain days, so please call ahead before stopping in to make sure we can accommodate you.
We will also be closed this Friday, April 17th.

You’ll still see the friendly face of Chloe on some days, and on others you may notice a new face at Bear Pak N’ Ship — Brittany. Many of you may already know her, and we’re happy to have her helping out.

Thank you all for continuing to support Bear Pak N’ Ship. We expect to return to our normal schedule on Monday, April 27th.

Just a heads up, friends!

The Town of Westcliffe has started road work on Bassick, so things might look a little different (and be a little more “adventurous” to navigate) over the next few weeks.

Please BEAR with us while the work is being done — we promise we’re still here and open, even if getting to us takes a little extra effort.

We know it may be a bit inconvenient, but in the end it’s going to be a great improvement for everyone. We appreciate your patience and continued support more than you know!
