ybrid logistics approach, owning equipment and brokering to third-parties, enables us to provide consistent truckload capacity, especially when our customers need it most. Kold Trans is a joint venture between Knight Transportation and myself, created to be attractive to professional drivers while providing high quality consistent service to our customers, some with our trucks and some with our partner carriers. Knight operates a fleet of 4,000 tractors nationwide, and I have been in the industry for 30 years, most recently as the CEO of Central Refrigerated Service. In order to do this, we are leveraging the administrative capabilities and facility network of Knight Transportation.
