A Friendly Reminder from Pack N’ Ship West Point!

Friends, we wanted to take a moment to explain a few things about our shipping and return services. We love serving our community, and we always want to be transparent about how things work!
First, we are not an official UPS Store. We are an independently owned small business that offers UPS shipping and drop-off services, along with FedEx, USPS, and so much more!

Official UPS Stores have special partnerships with Amazon that allow customers to return certain items without a box or packaging. Unfortunately, we do not have that same partnership.

📦 Here's what that means for your returns:
Amazon Returns: We cannot scan Amazon QR codes. However, if Amazon provides you with a printable shipping label, we can help! If your return requires a box or poly mailer, those packaging materials must be purchased.

📦Vinted & USPS Returns: We recently began charging just 50¢ per printed shipping label. Why? Because we receive no compensation for accepting USPS drop-offs, and printing labels comes with a cost to our business.

And here's something you might not know! Many shipping and retail locations charge anywhere from $1–$3 to print a label. We have worked hard to keep our fee affordable, and we still offer complimentary tape when you need a little help securing your package!

💛 We promise, we're not trying to charge you for every little thing!

We're simply a locally owned small business doing our best to balance great customer service with the everyday costs of keeping our doors open.
We know that 50¢ here or a few dollars for packaging there might seem like a small thing, but for a small business, those costs add up quickly.

We appreciate every package you bring through our doors, every label you print, and every opportunity you give us to serve you.

Hi friends,
As much as we wished we could continue to print VINTED labels for free, we can’t. We make absolutely nothing off the drop-off and are not reimbursed for labels used. So with that said we are starting to charge .50 cents each while other stores charge $1.00-$3.00

We hope you understand! And if you don’t want to pay we understand, you can still go see all our lovely folks at the post office. ❤️📦📫

Friends, we will be closed today from 2pm for a half hour while Elizabeth lets her pup out. Everyone is pulling shifts while this shipping owner is out sick with a yucky cold.
