ANY FOLKS LIKING FALL HONEY .....we have bottled 6 cases of pint wide mouth glass jars today ...Fall honey has a different taste being Goldenrod and Fall pollen..and the color looks just like caramel taffy......we took this off the hives to make room for the spring honey flow...the girls made to much and we helped them out by giving the girls more space................Call 662.494.8910

March equinox (1ST DAY OF SPRING) happens on Saturday, March 20, To all my friends, honey lovers and patrons of the museum, I asked you last year to wait two weeks later to mow your yard. This is the same reminder for this year. NOW BEE NEWS.......the cold weather we had did not affect the bees negatively ...the queens were laying eggs and those bees are hatching now...they are now nurse bees for the next two weeks then they will become field bees working the nectar in your yards the next two weeks ..then by Easter those bees will work inside the hive for the last two weeks of their life...........DO YOUR PART IN SHARING THIS PLANET with our friends ...the honeybees............ we ALL love honey and pollinators !
