I’m incredibly humbled to share that I have been nominated for the 2026 Women’s Yachting Awards, presented by Yacht Femme in partnership with Metstrade.

This recognition means far more than an individual achievement. It reflects the incredible clients, colleagues, mentors, industry partners, friends, family, and the entire 365 Yachts community who have supported, challenged, and believed in me throughout this journey.

The yachting industry has given me opportunities to build meaningful relationships, create lasting experiences for clients, and pursue a vision that I care deeply about. To be recognized among so many talented women helping shape the future of our industry is truly an honor.

Not long ago, I was simply a young woman with an ambitious vision, a relentless work ethic, and a belief that there had to be a better way to serve clients in this industry.

The yachting world is often viewed from the outside as glamorous marinas, beautiful vessels, and endless blue horizons. What most people never see are the sleepless nights, difficult negotiations, failed deals, financial risks, constant problem-solving, and the unwavering commitment required to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Today, I find myself reflecting on just how far that journey has come.

From my earliest days learning this business to building 365 Yachts, every challenge, setback, lesson, and victory has shaped the company we continue to build today. The path has rarely been simple, but then again, neither is anything worth pursuing.

There were people who questioned the vision. People who doubted the timing. People who doubted the scale. Some doubted whether it could be done at all.

The funny thing about doubt is that it often becomes the fuel that drives determination.

This industry has taught me that success isn’t measured solely by the yachts sold, the revenue generated, or the milestones achieved. It’s measured by trust earned, relationships built, opportunities created, and the ability to continue moving forward when the waters are anything but calm.

As legendary shipbuilder and industrialist Aristotle Onassis once said:

“We must free ourselves of the hope that the sea will ever rest. We must learn to sail in high winds.”

Few quotes have proven more true.

To everyone who believed in me, supported me, challenged me, trusted me, and even to those who doubted me—thank you. Every one of you played a role in the journey.

The horizon continues to expand, and in many ways, I still feel like we’re only getting started.

And to those who once thought the dream was too ambitious—thank you for the motivation. It turned out to be surprisingly effective.

Here’s to the next chapter.
