🌈 Aloha from Maui! 🌺

We are having an amazing time on our Memorial Day Weekend Getaway in Maui with California Gay Adventures!

Today was all about the Road to Hana, lush rainforest views, waterfalls, winding coastal roads, and a beautiful stop at Black Sand Beach. It has been the perfect mix of wellness, adventure, friendship, and a little island magic.

For the very first time ever, California Gay Adventures will be marching in the WeHo Pride Parade on Sunday, June 7 with our own CGA float!

Join us on the float, march alongside us, or cheer us on from the sidelines as we proudly celebrate Pride together as a community. 🌈

What a fun day at our CGA Beach Bonfire! We had so much food, great community, and a wonderful mix of members, new members, and people getting to experience CGA for the first time since this event was open to the public. While most of LA had a sunny, warm day, the marine layer kept us cool at the beach and the fog rolled in later in the afternoon and into the evening, but we made the best of it and had an awesome time together. Thanks to everyone who joined us!

CGA Beach Bonfire, Potluck & Movie Night 🌊🔥🎬✨

LA LGBTQ+ community — you’re invited!

⏰ 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 Dockweiler Beach
Entrance Address: 12000 Vista Del Mar, Playa Del Rey, CA 90293

Directions:
Enter Dockweiler, turn right, drive to the second furthest parking lot and head toward the furthest parking spots. We’ll grab a fire pit there.

🚗 Parking fee typically around $10 per vehicle.

No registration. No cost to attend.
You do NOT need to join CGA to come — just show up and bring a friend.

CGA BEACH BONFIRE, POTLUCK & MOVIE NIGHT 🌊🔥

Saturday, March 14 | Dockweiler Beach

We’re kicking off 2026 with our first beach bonfire of the year — and everyone’s invited. Join CGA for an afternoon and evening of community, sunset vibes, a potluck on the sand, and an optional beach movie under the stars.

🕒 3:00 PM Arrive and hang out
🍽️ 4:00 PM Community potluck
🎬 After sunset (approx. 7:00–7:15 PM) Optional movie on one side of the beach, or relax by the fire with light music

🎥 Movie is a fun surprise (weather permitting)

🌈 OPEN INVITE
• No registration or payment required
• Open to CGA members, friends, and the LGBTQ+ community
• Membership is not required to attend
• This is a great event for first-timers and new faces

🔥 CGA PROVIDES
Firewood, basic non-alcoholic drinks, ice, tables, plates, and utensils

🧺 PLEASE BRING
• A potluck item to share
• Beach chair or blanket
• Layers or a hoodie for the evening
• Optional beach games
• BYOB note: Alcohol is officially not allowed on the beach
