Custom display for a WW2, Eames, molded plywood, leg splint. Husdband and Wife, Charles and Rae Eames were some of the most influential furniture and industrial designers of the last 100 years. Both of them products of Cranbrook Academy of Art. I did not know they also contributed to the war effort. As opposed to weapons, they took what they learned about molded plywood and were commissioned to make leg splints for the Navy. The government ordered thousands of them. Pretty cool!

Had an interesting install this morning. Sun was hammering down and hot! A George Harrison album cover art work, laser cut and powder coated steel. Had to get 18 holes drilled in brick and mortor, using masonry, wedge anchors and 3" stand off hardware. Had to problem solve on site and it worked out fine. Customer was happy. 👍
