Finally, a little color at the garden and we are FINISHED placing the stones! If you have a stone in the garden it should be relatively close to where it was last fall. The inside ring of stones is now just across the way. In other words, go to where your stone was located and turn around to face the fence and it should be within a couple of feet. If you have trouble finding it please reach out.
Also some of the “family stones” were grouped together.
We have had many compliments on the project. Thanks for your patience during this project.

These are pictures of the status of our celebration stone project (except they of course are covered with snow at the present time).
So here’s a quick update : The project is about 95% complete. The gravel and edging have been installed. Because of weather issues the stones have been placed but need to be permanently set in. This will be completed in the Spring. Therefore, the Labyrinth will be closed and locked until that process is completed. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped with this project and to Lammscapes who completed the hardscape.
We look forward to seeing everyone in the Spring.
Have a happy holiday season and wonderful New Year.
Sincerely, West Bend Labyrinth Volunteers

WE TOOK OUT 900 stones so we can put them in a crushed limestone base. It will eliminate w**d whipping around them every 2 weeks. Hoping the weather holds so we can get them re set this fall.

The West Bend Labyrinth Garden has two projects this fall that are going to be completed.

The first one is installation of two handicap parking places in front of the main entrance. It has already begun.

The second project will be starting in the next couple of weeks and at that time the garden will be closed. We will be moving the memorial stones so that we can remove the grass and put in a more permanent and maintenance free gravel base for the memorial stones. This will provide a cleaner appearance and make the care of the memorial stones easier for the volunteers.

All updates will be put on our page.

It may be October but we still have lots of color at the labyrinth. Come and see us on one of these beautiful days.
