Meyer Agri-Air

In honor of Boss’s Day, here are a few things you should know about Joel Meyer:

1. Joel started Meyer Agri-Air when he was 34 years old. Let’s just say he’s been at it for a while😉
2. 99% of the time, you’ll find Joel sporting a Meyer Agri-Air hat with his thermos of half-caff Folgers coffee in hand.
3. Joel leads with professionalism, integrity, and kindness.
4. Last but not least, Joel was elected to be the 2027 President of the National Agricultural Aviation Association! A great and well deserved honor.

Congratulations, Joel!🎉

We had a great time hosting a group from Ankeny Parks & Recreation for a tour of our facilities! It was wonderful to have such an engaged group visit and learn more about what we do at Meyer Agri-Air. Thanks for spending time with us. We enjoyed having you!

We enjoyed having Dawson Kies from South Hardin High School for a job shadow last month! He joined us during fall cover crop seeding, giving him the opportunity to ride along in the tender truck and see our operation firsthand. Thanks for spending the day with us, Dawson! We’re glad you could come out and experience what we do.

Tar spot has already been found in three Iowa counties. It was one of the bigger fungal issues we dealt with last year, and it can significantly impact yields if not managed properly. Applying fungicide is an investment!

Right now we’re busy spreading urea, and before long we’ll be getting into the spraying season. Meyer Agri-Air is proud to protect your crops.
