Monday afternoon, May 14th, a hail storm dumped 1/4 mile South and East of Owl Canyon Gliderport. Bill Cotton, CSA's fearless forecaster reported that snow removal equipment was being used on I-25 at about 8:30am Tuesday. Local pilot Jane Carpenter took this image of the remaining hail Tuesday AM.

Scott Bragg completed a checkout today and is our new Flight Instructor for Colorado Soaring Association!!! Scott flies and Instructs at a gliderport in Prescott, AZ and will assist with our staff when in Colorado!!! Way to go Scott!!!😀
