We prefer Aqualon® Edge Marine. It is a vinyl-coated polyester fabric that withstands water, peeling, cracking, fading, mildew, and rot.

We use use this for our custom pontoon boat seat covers, mooring covers, cockpit covers and bimini tops.

It takes hours upon hours to template, create on fabric, and then put together custom seat covers. This is just a rear lounge on a Bennington Pontoon Boat. Every bench, console, seat, and table is templated just like this to make sure we get the perfect fit.
It takes long, but it is worth it. The picture speaks for itself.

Here's a look at what we are working on today.
A full set of custom seat covers for this 20' Sweetwater Pontoon Boat!

We use templating plastic to make sure we get every single angle and shape right. In the picture is when we do a dry fit, where we make sure everything came together how we intended. Finally we bind, put snaps in, and install it to the boat.
