I have reached out to everyone so please check emails for invoices or just message saying I can do your stop 😜 Any requests/messages from last day Im working on now. Most have paid just waiting on a few.

Next Steps (today and tomorrow)

I will send a text message with the day and time of Pick-Up or Delivery, if the number you provided won't accept text let me know ASAP as this is how I communicate once on route hands free while driving.(Text Only)

Once on Route I will text the morning of with a better eta and then again when 1 hour so you dont have to wait for me. If anything changes that affects your time I will reach out via Text with new eta. If you need to change address let me know ASAP so I can update my schedule.

Please keep messages to a minimum as Im busy doing many things while on the road 🙏 most of the times your breeder can answer most questions so ask them 1st.

Update everyone I have made it through all the website requests so please check emails for information on route as things will be running a little bit differently for now on 🙃 no worries we all will work through the changes together.

Next I will be answering all messages on Facebook those in personal and business. Once these are completed I will work on the schedule and post it.... this is where changes start ...

1. I will post direction arrows instead of city/state

2. I will reach out to everyone with pick-up/delivery dates.

3. I am a door to door service so I will bring animals to door and pick up from your door.
(No one allowed in van)

I will let everyone know once I have closed the route for September as space is limited 🤪

Washington/Oregon customers looks like October will be the next and last time that way some already know as I do this every year 🙃

Hey hey just checking in and letting everyone know I'm not ignoring ya but on vacation in case you missed the other posts 🤪 school is starting Tuesday then I will start mapping September route and be back to normal business hours....this weekend I will be working on the requests sent via website as mentioned this is where all requests should go not to any of my inboxes unless you have questions 😀 I will also have a waiver everyone needs to sign before your animals hit the Van also. Hey hey just checking in and update everyone with September Route Availability and I know I have messages and requests waiting I will get back to everyone Wednesday as tomorrow is my Birthday and if your requests is not on the covered area we will discuss that when I reach out ....for regular customers/breeders of mine I will be changing on how I operate and everyone will be made aware before I book you.

This is not a post I ever wanted to be making, but needs to be made, nevertheless. While on this most recent route, a few of the animals in my care tragically passed away. After discussing with my vet, the most likely cause was a “hot spot” in the rental van (my regular van is currently undergoing maintenance and repairs) due to an unexpected spike in exterior temperatures. Animals are rearranged regularly along the route as everyone gets moved around during stops, to ensure everyone is secure, so I didn't notice this area of danger until it was too late.

Firstly, the safety and well-being of the animals in my care is my highest priority, and I take full responsibility for the seriousness of this situation. I understand the concern and distress this incident has caused for my clients, and I am truly sorry.

Since this occurred, I have carefully reviewed the transportation process and am committed to taking additional precautions to help prevent similar incidents in the future. These measures include investing in technology to closely and continuously monitor the temperature inside the vehicle, improving ventilation and cooling during transport, minimizing between stops during periods of extreme heat, and performing more frequent and thorough wellness checks throughout each trip.

All animals deserve safe and comfortable transportation, and I regret that I fell short of that responsibility. I appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to learn from this incident and improve the care I provide.

My van will not leave until it is fully ready to handle the task of being a safe and hospitable environment for your animals.

Please accept my sincere apologies.

Those who's animals I still have with me , I have made it to my house at 1 am and got everyone settled. I have to clean out van and return it then I will get in the Rav4 and head out to finish the route as soon as possible. I have spoken to most and will give a eta once I get van back.
