John Gault Trucking, LLC John Gault Trucking started as a one truck operation in May of 2012. Our name was chosen after a character in the book “Atlas Shrugged”, by Ayn Rand.

If you haven't read it, we recommend it. We have grown slow and steady with carefully selected drivers and Owner-Operators. This growth developed into the purchase of our Facility in Garden Prairie, IL in June of 2014. The property is home to our Company Offices, Parking, and a 3 Bay Maintenance Facility. We employ a full time mechanic, dispatch, and sales staff. John Gault Trucking has built a re

putation of excellent service. We have accomplished this mostly due to our Owner-Operator structure. All of our trucks, and the majority of "Partner Carrier" trucks coming to serve you are Owner-Operators. This means the driver personally owns the equipment they operate. Owner-Operators are vested in the level of service we provide, our commitment to haul the load safely, and get it there on time. John Gault operators average 22.5 years of experience. Our operators not only care about today's load, they care about providing a level of service that earns them a load to haul tomorrow! In 2016 we have grown again. We now introduce John Gault Logistics, LLC. We have taken this step to offer more options for our customers. Small carriers like us are known for the personal service we offer, however we all struggle with rapidly changing needs for capacity. Our goal is to haul 75% of our freight on John Gault trucks. Combined with strict "Partner Carrier" requirements, we will be be able to offer the same level of service customers have come to expect from the "John Gault" Name.

After many headaches, we finally have fiber internet installed, and the office back up and running with all our own servers again! Amazing how many things went bad with the equipment in storage!

Here's to 2023 being a great year! Maybe not for trucking specifically, but that is why we have moved!

Covid, or more accurately, the government response to it changed the landscape. Businesses all over are finding it near impossible to hire. We were affected no differently. After carefull thought, the decision was made to downsize, and keep only what 1 person could handle. I also spread my time between Trucking, John Gault Marine Services https://www.facebook.com/jgyachtcaptain

The Camden Facility was sold last August, and now we share a facility with the storage business, now in Waverly, TN.
We look forward to calling this place our home for years to come!
