Full Job Description
Position Title: Driver Coordinator

EEO Category: Admin Support (43-5032)

Reporting into Title: Fleet General Manager

Business and Department: VP Xpress Operations

Position Purpose/Summary: Responsible to dispatch drivers, track/update driver progress, and process driver delivery documentation. As the main contact with the fleet drivers, you are expected to be professional, responsive, and to positively impact driver retention. You will assist with equipment maintenance/repair events, and HOS issues while supporting safety as a top priority for our company. This role also contributes as a team player and is expected to help with other assignments, tasks, or duties as necessary.
