Program allows drivers with 2 years' experience safely operating heavy military vehicles to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) without taking the driving test (skills test). We are looking for motivated OTR and Regional drivers. Flexible schedule to get you home when you need. We have both Reefers and Dry Van.
• OTR -CPM based on Experience (50 to 55 cents)
• Regional - 25% commission from load - Minimum Guarantee of $1,000.00 a week
• 2 cents Monthly Safety Bonus for all miles driven in a month
• Quarterly bonus of up to $500 each quarter
• Consistent Miles of 2,500 to 3,000 a week
• Insurance Benefit through Blue Cross Blue Shield (50% paid by the Company)
• Free Dental and Life Insurance
• Pet and Rider policy available
• No Touch Freight Role
• Late Model Equipment - International Pro Star with 73 inch sleeper (covered with full warranty plan)
• For OTR role - opportunity to travel to many different states ie Florida, Texas, Arizona, Missouri, Nebraska, California, and many other states
• For Regional role - consistent freight across NY, PA, and MA. Be home minimum 2 times a week.
