It’s Happening!
Tomorrow morning 7/14 @ 9:30am EST is a FREE PILOXING class on zoom. There’s no better way to celebrate the JHOP Community’s 4 Year Anniversary than with a PILOXING PARTY. I call it my Gateway Workout.
It made me fall in love with Group Fitness and began my deep dive into the world of Pilates. This workout is just the damn best and I love it as much today as I did my first class.
