Q: How do I pay my ride/trip? A: When you request a ride, you will pay either thru O-Now credit card you provided or you pay directly the driver, captain or pilot. O-Now highly recommends to just pay directly thru your O-Now account. You don’t have to be worried by having cash on you all the time to pay. If you prefer to pay
by the credit card you provided, then O-Now will just pay the Driver, Captain or the Pilot instead. Q: What if I want to tip the driver, Captain or the Pilot, how do I do that? A: At the end of your trip, you will be required to rate the service and the Driver, Captain or your Pilot between One Star to Five stars. Also if you feel you want to tip, you can put the amount on the system on your app and O-Now will forward it to the driver, Captain or the Pilot. Q: Do I get rated as well as a client? A: Yes you will. Each time the driver, Captain or Pilot ends the trip, the system will requires them to rate their clients between One Star to Five Stars. Q: How safe is to be in one of these rides?
