POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
♡ These policies and procedures are revised as of May 13th, 2022. Everything is lead and nickel compliant. All necklaces come with complimentary pair of earrings except those in the Uniquely Urban Collection. Sales tax of 6.35% is applied, so each $5.00 item will cost approximately $5.32. Our Z-Collection pieces are $25.00 plus sales tax of approximately $1.50. ♡

tems are first come first serve by simply commenting “CLAIM” and the # of the item. During LIVE videos. It’s the first person I see on my screen stating that they claim the item. I say this because many times what you see isn't what I see. ♡
♡ Paparazzi adds new inventory every weekday at 3PM. I shop weekly, Monday thru Friday, when possible! Just a little side note, I can only buy with money paid to me for orders. You can add as much to your bag as you’d like during the week. Bags will include claimed pieces during LIVE videos, ALBUM or Posted sales through my business page and my VIP group. ♡
♡ Invoices will be sent out on Thursday evenings and/or during the day on Friday (most weeks). They're due on arrival, though you have 48 hours to pay it. Invoices will be sent to the email you have provided to me via messager, etc! I use Square Invoice for my records. Which allows you to pay by credit card or other available means. You may pay me via Venmo or PayPal if you prefer, just message me so I can confirm the payment and mark your invoice paid. Thank you ♡
♡ Shipping costs have changed some, please take note. Shipping for orders of 8 pieces or less $5.50, for orders of 9 to 14 pieces $8.50, for orders of 15 to 24 pieces $12.50, and for orders of 25 pieces or more receive free shipping! First time customers will receive their 1st order shipped free by me! ♡
♡ Paid invoices will be shipped out by the following Monday unless it's a holiday or something prevents this from happening, in that case I will post updates! Local pick up is also available (contact me via messager). I will messenger you where you can pickup your order. Delivery is also available at a small fee of $2.00 within a 10 mile radius of Wallingford, CT. Whether at your home or at an agreed location. ♡
♡ If you fail to pay an invoice within the allotted time, it will be canceled and your claimed items will become available to other shoppers. That is unless you have contacted me and an arrangement was agreed upon. 3 non paid invoices will result in immediate blocking and you will no longer be permitted to shop with me. One non paid invoice of $200+ will result in immediate blocking. ♡
♡ I will not send photos of items you have claimed, count pieces in your bag, or remove claimed items. Please keep track of what you claim & only claim the items you plan to purchase. Thank you
