Today was special. At 84, Hannah got up there and did what she’s always done.

Accepting every challenge and finding ways to put herself in the most uncomfortable position. Then learning how to figure it out.

Self admittedly, she's not a fan of public speaking, but it's her approach that makes her the most endearing and authentic leader, because she shows up as herself and reminds everyone around her that we should all just be comfortable and confident being yourself. Especially we are facing our moments of self doubt.

No script.
No polish.

Just honest, real wisdom earned over a lifetime of doing the work and taking care of people.

And it landed.

You could feel it in the room. The quiet moments. The nods. The smiles and of course, the laughs as she gave the most honest and raw answers.

She reminded everyone what it looks like to lead with consistency, humility, and heart.

That’s who she’s always been to us —
the steady one, the one you can count on, the one who helped build our family moving business the right way.

And today at the Women of Wisdom Panel, everyone else got to see it too.

We’re incredibly grateful to the Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce for selecting her to be part of the Women of Wisdom panel — WOW! What an event.

Most people slow down at 84 years old. Co-founder of Professional Movers, Hannah Androff is still showing up. Still inspiring. Still leading and now even stepping onto stage to share her wisdom with the next generation.

Hannah has been selected as a panelist for the Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce Women of Wisdom event — a room filled with leaders, builders, and women shaping what comes next.

And if you’ve ever had the chance to meet Hannah, you already know: She doesn’t just talk about resilience.

She lived it.

At 17 years old, she came to this country alone from Ireland with no safety net, no connections, and no guarantees — just a quiet belief that if she worked hard enough, she could build a life here.

So she did.

From a small home office, she helped build Professional Movers from the ground up — answering every call, balancing every dollar, and making sure every employee got paid — on time, every time.

Doing whatever it took to take care of her people.

And on one ordinary afternoon, when a truck arrived with 30 grandfather clocks and no one else around at the office to unload the truck… she moved every single one herself.

No announcement.
No credit.
Just the work.

That’s Hannah.

Not the loudest voice in the room — but the one that helped built everything inside it.

This isn’t just another event.
