We're a growing organization in search of a talented and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The right candidate will have strong technical skills and experience with modern vehicles and equipment. The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing issues, repairing vehicles as needed and keeping up with all vehicle safety standards. Previous experience in the auto industry is required.
We work on multiple fleets, and mostly provide preventative maintanence to medium and light duty trucks, including some diesels as well.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair damaged vehicles.
Diagnose vehicle systems.
Communicate with customers.
Be a good team player.
The right candidates will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dexterity; requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- The ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
