Do your part- don’t use utility poles as bulletin boards. Your cooperation helps protect the people who keep your lights on.

Jon has spent nearly three decades helping keep the lights on- day, night, storms, outages, and everything in between. His leadership, skill, and commitment to safety have made a lasting impact on our crews and our members.

Road construction on Highway 10? Oh, we feel it too. Every. Single. Day. 😅🚧

But don’t worry - our smiles are still fully operational!

If you want to swing by and see us in person, we’d love it. The easiest way to reach the lobby or drop box is during office hours, when the entrance doesn’t move around like a game of 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒐𝒂𝒅.

Office Hours (𝐌𝐨𝐧–𝐅𝐫𝐢, 𝟕:𝟎𝟎 𝐚.𝐦.–𝟑:𝟑𝟎 𝐩.𝐦.)
• Enter through the County Road 4 back entrance- 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰
• Follow the member parking signs to the east side
• Walk up to the lobby or drop box

After Hours (drop box only):
• Head east on Hwy 10
• Stay left onto the dirt road
• 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰- construction equipment is always moving
• Access may change daily (we wish we were kidding)

👋 Meet Kirstan!

Todd Wadena Electric Cooperative is excited to welcome Kirstan to our team! Kirstan joined TWEC on May 4 as our new Accounting & Collections Specialist.

Before joining TWEC, Kirstan worked as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at America’s Auto Auction in New York Mills. In her new role at Todd-Wadena, she’ll support our finance department with:
• Accounting records & financial reporting
• Collections & payment arrangements
• Billing accuracy & member account updates
• Energy assistance programs
• Capital credit processing

Kirstan is a local- she grew up right here in Wadena, graduated from WDC, and later earned her Bachelor of Science from NDSU. 🦬 She and her husband, Brady, live in Wadena. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, fishing, and spending time with family.

We’re thrilled to have Kirstan on the TWEC team and look forward to the expertise and positivity she brings.
