Motiv was built from personal experience.

Both my partner and I have watched our fathers face serious health and mobility challenges that changed the way we view transportation, independence, and care.

Seeing loved ones navigate medical appointments, limited mobility, wheelchairs, and the realities of aging showed me how important reliable transportation truly is — not just for patients, but for entire families balancing caregiving, work, and everyday life.

Those experiences became part of the reason I created Motiv.

I wanted to build a transportation company centered around patience, safety, dignity, and simply showing up for people during vulnerable moments.

For me, this business has always been personal.
