And then return to the quiet and serenity of Sandbridge at the end of the day…. It’s the best of both worlds! ABOUT THE SANCTUARY AT FALSE CAPE:
The Sanctuary comprises two ocean-front buildings. As the name reflects, the Sanctuary is a place of peace and relaxation. It sits at the southern-most developed point of Sandbridge. Just past the Sanctuary sits Little Island Park, Fishing Pier, and Back Bay wildlife refuge. You will find wide, sandy beaches and easy access to the serenity of the bay. The complex is just big enough to provide excellent amenities and just small enough to remain peaceful and uncrowded. The Sanctuary offers 3 pools, one in the courtyard of each building and an oceanfront pool with a swim-up bar. Also located within the complex are a fitness room, library, game room, poolside grills and pavilions. ABOUT “CHILLAXIN”:
Prepare to be “Chillaxin’” in this uniquely decorated three bedroom, two bath condo. Our unit is 214 B, located on the second floor overlooking the pool of the The Sanctuary Resort’s “B” building (the “B” building is the newest of the two buildings). In “Chillaxin”, it’s all about beach FUN! Newly furnished in 2012 with designer decor and fun beach flair, “Chillaxin” has it all – plenty of room for your family, a fully equipped kitchen, shady balcony directly overlooking the pool, and is just steps to the beach. BEDROOMS/BEDS:
This unit is one of the few three-bedrooms at the Sanctuary that comfortably sleeps 10+ people. KING (2), KING(2), FULL over FULL BUNK (4), QUEEN MURPHY BED (2), plus there is a pull out sofa bed that sleeps 2 additional people if needed.
• BEDROOM 1: The “Maui Maui” Master Bedroom is perfect for retreating for some quiet time. The room has a King bed, its own specious bathroom (with tub/shower), large closet, flatscreen TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player.
• BEDROOM 2: The “Loggerhead” is a second master bedroom that is boho-chic with its replica loggerhead turtle and hand carved furnishings. The room has a King bed, direct access to the second bathroom, large closet, flatscreen TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player.
• BEDROOM 3: The “Crew’s Quarters” is just that. Like sleeping in the hull of a submarine, this room sleeps four in a full over full bunk bed. The room is decked out in scuba gear, portholes, and even a treasure! ADDITIONAL BEDDING: The Living Room sleeps 2-4 additional people. A queen size murphy bed is neatly stowed away in a wall cabinet. Just pull it down at night and stow it during the day. The murphy bed has a Sealy Queen mattress, so you don’t have to worry about comfort. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa (linens not provided) as part of the living room sectional should you need just a bit more sleeping room. ALSO INCLUDED: Pak n’Play folding crib and bed rails. THE KITCHEN:
The upscale kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is well stocked with everything the family chef may need. It is open to the dining and living areas, so the cook never feels left out of the action. Flat top range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, and coffee pot are all included. If you feel like grilling, the resort offers grilling stations throughout the property (near the pool and also in the courtyard). Eat at the fun tiki umbrella table in the condo, at the table on the balcony, or at a poolside table or pavilion. THE GREAT ROOM:
There’s plenty of room for relaxing on the huge sectional sofa. Watch your favorite show or movie on the large HD flat screen TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player. Inside the entertainment console, you will find a Wii console with a collection of fun, family friendly games. The console is stocked with board games, movies, and books as well. The living area opens into the kitchen and dining areas, where you will find a fun tiki umbrella dining table and a counter bar that overlooks the kitchen. An undercabinet music system allows you to attach your iPod/MP3 Player/Smartphone or play CD’s. THE BALCONY:
Spend lazy afternoons sitting on the spacious shaded balcony overlooking the pool. FOR THE KIDDOS:
We are kid-friendly and have included toys, books and games for the young ones. A Wii with family-friendly games is located in the great room. Kids love the proximity to the pool, which has turtles and water features to entertain your little ones for hours. The fun “Crew’s Quarters” bedroom has lots of treasure for kids to discover and fun “submarine” bunk beds to sleep in. For infants, we have included a high chair, pack n’play folding crib, and bed rails. FOR THE BEACH:
We have provided beach chairs for your use during your stay. LAUNDRY & LINENS:
The condo has a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board near the bedrooms for your convenience. All linens** (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels) are included with the exception of queen sheets for the pull-out sofa bed. If you are planning on using the sofa bed, please bring sheets and pillowcases for this bed.
