💧 YOUR BOAT CAN TAKE ON WATER RIGHT HERE.

This Alpha One Gen II was taking on water — and once we pulled the drive apart, you could see exactly where the trouble was.

Water had made its way inside the bellows, an area that’s supposed to stay protected.

🔧 During the teardown, we removed:
• Driveshaft/U-joint bellows
• Shift cable bellows
• Exhaust bellows
• Gear oil line
• Gimbal bearing

Your sterndrive bellows may not look like much, but they play a critical role in keeping water out of areas that need to stay protected. Once they crack, deteriorate, loosen, or stop sealing properly, a small problem can turn into a much bigger repair.

If you own a sterndrive boat, your bellows are something you don’t want to forget about.

🦪 WHEN YOUR JET SKI BECOMES PART OF THE DOCK…

Now this was an interesting service call. 😂

This jet ski had been sitting in the water long enough for oysters and marine growth to build up underneath — to the point it was practically stuck to the dock.

Saltwater will take a toll on anything that sits long enough. Regular inspections and maintenance can help catch problems before they turn into expensive repairs.
