We’ve pushed all our chips to the middle of the table. We’re all in on RECFAB and building something we’re proud of. 💪

Boats are our main focus—from custom builds to repairs and upgrades—but our fabrication capabilities reach well beyond the water.

We’re currently looking to fill our shop schedule and would appreciate the opportunity to bid on just about any fabrication project. Aluminum, stainless, steel, repairs, modifications, or custom builds—let’s talk about what you need.

This event brings together industry professionals, emergency response organizations, government agencies, and manufacturers from across the country to showcase innovative equipment and solutions for disaster response.

RECFAB is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team!

We are seeking someone who is eager to learn and interested in gaining hands-on experience in mechanics, welding, and metal fabrication.

🛠️ REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Dependable transportation
✅ Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
✅ Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

Previous mechanical, welding, or fabrication experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

💰 PAY & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:

• Competitive pay based on experience and skill set.

• This is initially a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the employee develops their skills, demonstrates dependability, and takes on additional responsibilities.
