COVID-19 Crisis Community Support Special
American Pacific will be offering services below our normal rates as we understand this is a very unique time in our lives and the financial impact on households is a very heavy burden. As we all wait and see what will happen with our economic stimulus and disaster relief from our local government, American Pacific has decided to not wait and offer assistance to our community at the lowest possible rate and do our part to help and give back to the community the best we can. We wish we could provide the services for free but we do have high operating expense and our team members, Crew and drivers also need your help as well to get through these tough times as they have also accepted decreased pay wages in return receive the gratitude of our community members. Please keep in mind we are limited to drivers and demand is high so please be patient with our scheduling. This crisis support is aimed to help those who are in financial constraint, elderly, and high-risk people who can’t be exposed to the environment. Though we are working diligently to service the community’s transportation needs we would like to update our customers with the new low rates however, our services will slightly adjust. Some of our basic services will be removed from this rate since we are trying to keep up with demand and focus on needs of customers which is to transport your items as quick as possible from one location to another in order to avoid the least amount of exposure to you , your items and our crew members. Below are some of our service restrictions.
ONLY FOR LOCAL COMMUNITIES LISTED BELOW:
-Victorville-Hesperia-Apple Valley-Adelanto
The $49.99 rate restrictions:
2 professional movers (labor only loading and unloading)
1 truck volume capability of 800 cubic feet or 4000lbs max load (20ft truck)
No packing/ unpacking
No material, tape, boxes or crating
No oversized bulky items are covered (Safes, heavy machinery, building materials and anything requiring special equipment to lift or additional movers)
Basic disassembly and reassembly of 6 screws or less.
4-hour min. rate plus $20 admin fee. (1 hour drive time is included in the 4 hour min 3 hours labor plus 1 hour drive)
(Stairs long carry special equipment or post service contracts will remain at standard rates)
