Ramsey’s Haynie Bigfoot got a great makeover. Thank you for your business. Work included:
1. Filling scratches on the bottom and polishing out to new.
2. Painting sides and back in a sea foam green.
3. Filling holes and repainting console.
4. Powder coating all aluminum white.
5. New floatation foam and composite floor.
6. New interior gelcoat floor.
7. New Haynie and TX decals.
8. New white rubrail.
9. New 53 gallon in hull fuel tank.
10. New stainless popup rope cleats.

14’ Bay boat had a split hull. We removed the floor to reinforce the hull from the inside, added floatation foam, reinstalled floor, new gel coat inside, flipped the boat and repaired bottom, full polish job, added power steering, jack plate, reinforced transom, made a fish box behind the leaning post, installed all new wiring, led lights, and stereo. The screws that hold down the leaning post and the ice chest rack were stripped out on this Tran Cat. We cut open the floor, which gave us a chance to inspect for water in the hull. No water. We added backing and fiberglass to the bottom side of the floor and reinstalled. Console was also cracked on the edges where it met the floor. Added fiberglass and resin. New gelcoat coming soon.

This Tran Cat is in the shop for several repairs and new interior gelcoat. We will be repairing the bottom of the hull so that there will be no more exposed fiberglass. Fiberglass will be added to beef up the edges of the consoles base where they are known to crack from vibration, the holes are stripped where the leaning post screws to the floor. We are beefing this up also. Adding a built in trolling motor mount, removing and repairing where rod holders were screwed through the sidewall, and then a whole new interior gelcoat coating.

The Haynie Bigfoot got a new paint job in Sea Foam. A good fine sand and polish and she will look better than new. 361-7...
