It’s not that easy!

Not everyone is “computer savvy”, nor does everyone know how to scan or even has a printer anymore. In fact some people just give up and keep products they don’t want or need.

Our reputation is spreading. This wonderful couple purchased a vacuum off of a TV ad and needed a refund but had ZERO assistance from the seller. They put it in their car and headed right to Ship Smart Plus to solve their problem.

Our staff took over, a lengthy phone call, some packing and shipping discussion and a label was created. The customer was sent on their way with “money back in their bank” while our staff built a box, packed, taped and labeled (no charge) and shipped it that afternoon.

Beware of “simple” return policies. It’s getting tougher not easier!

This is Rose. She wanted to return an NFL jersey to a company that gave her no method to do it and therefore not get a refund.

Rose came to us because of our reputation. Catherine was on duty that day, with all her experience she was able to take a simple order number and generate a label after a phone call; label created, jersey packaged and taped (free, of course) and Rose left happy!

This is Audrey and John, they came in with absolutely no shipping labels and had no idea how to return a purchase.

Catherine jumped at the chance to help. She contacted LL Bean via telephone, explained the situation and was able to generate the appropriate label, box, pack and tape their package (free as always).

In minutes they were headed back home with a job well done and maybe a cookie or two!
