A few quick stretches at your next stop can help you stay loose, alert, and ready to roll:

🦵 Hamstring Stretch
Put one heel up on a step or bumper, keep your leg straight, and lean in gently. Helps ease tight hips and legs.

🦵 Calf Stretch
Hands on your truck or a wall, step one foot back, press your heel down. Great for your lower legs after long hours of driving.

💪 Shoulder Stretch
Pull one arm across your chest with the opposite hand. Keeps your shoulders from locking up after hours behind the wheel.
